The tubes are looped and cleaned with hot water (60 °C, OPPTIMAL/WATER 1:5), rinsed with clean water and dried with nitrogen or breathing air. The inside is then analysed with the CCI4 test to ensure that no extractables or hydrocarbons exceed limit values.Documented maintenance

How it works
In chemical cleaning, a CIP machine (Cleaning In Place) to the system via hoses. The cleaning fluid is circulated and heated to effectively dissolve and transport away hydrocarbon compounds, deposits, grease and lime residues.
