Calibration 

Our service includes:

• Calibration according to IMCA code of practice
  Calibration is performed with pressure standards with an accuracy of up to 0.2 % of the reading. Measurement points are checked in both ascending and descending intervals to ensure full functionality and repeatability.

• Documented inspection report
  Each calibration results in a detailed report with measurement values, deviations and approval from the quality manager. The report contains information about the measuring equipment, measurement object, location, temperature and operator.

• Functional tests and reassembly
  After calibration, functional tests and reassembly are performed. Protocols are drawn up according to internal procedures and customer needs.

• Non-conformity management and quality management
  Any non-conformities are documented and managed according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, with traceability and transparency at every step.

• Flexible handling of different makes and models
  We calibrate depth gauges from manufacturers such as Bourdon, Ashford, WIKA and 3D Instruments, with measuring ranges from 0 to 200 msw.

• Third party inspection and accredited verification
  Independent inspections ensure that depth gauges fulfil both the manufacturer's specifications and applicable safety standards.
