The ACE III is a booster system equipped with a 2-stage or 3-stage pumping unit, depending on the model. The 3-stage variant is a so-called "zero loss" model. This pump unit uses a service stage to recover gas leaking towards the monobloc, and then returns the gas to the second stage of the system.
The booster is powered by an electric motor available in three-phase versions with powers ranging from 4 to 5 kW, depending on the specification.
The ACE III is equipped with an electrical cabinet that acts as the main control for the booster and also displays comprehensive monitoring data.
The system is equipped with an electromechanical pressure switch that automatically stops the compressor when the final pressure is reached. There is also an automatic drain function with a timer for condensate draining.
The whole unit is built into a soundproofed chassis (CAD chassis) to reduce noise levels.
The ACE III has been designed to be used in connection with service and maintenance work.
