OPW 1000 series self-service nozzles

High flow/quick fill capacity
Provides fast refuelling of vehicles with medium gas storage systems. Internal seals are designed specifically for fast refuelling of natural gas vehicles (NGV).

User-friendly one-step function
Connect the nozzle and receiver with a 180° rotation of the handle. This locks the claws of the nozzle to the receiver and activates a system of three internal valves that regulate refuelling. The nozzle will not dispense gas until it is properly connected to a correct receiver. When refuelling is complete, rotate the handle to the disconnect position to automatically stop the flow of gas to the vehicle, vent any trapped gas and release the nozzle from the receiver. 1000 Series nozzles connect directly to the hose - no three-way valve needed. Designed for self-service applications in both public and private sectors - no operator required.

Targeted ventilation function (CT1000)
Captures the gas vented on disconnection and discharges it through the nozzle via a 1/4″ stainless steel vent pipe (requires -4 compression adapter), which can be connected to a remote vent location or back to the upstream side of the compressor. Capturing vent gas is environmentally beneficial according to agencies such as the EPA and increases safety by minimising the amount of gas at the refuelling station. It also reduces ventilation noise and eliminates odours from leaked gas.

Jaw-Lock™ technology
Specially developed for frequent connection and disconnection of high pressure gas connections in NGV refuelling. The forces at the point of contact are distributed over the entire surface of the receiver for increased durability and safety.

Ergonomic design
A simple and comfortable hand grip allows connection and gas refuelling for all users. An insulated casing protects the user's hand.

Robust construction
Heavy duty brass and stainless steel construction provides excellent corrosion resistance in harsh refuelling environments.

Meets NGV1 standard for refuelling
Can be used to refuel any vehicle with a NGV1 profile receiver.
